For my final Capstone project, I worked on the sponsored project Soapbox. To complete this project, we spent a semester doing research and pitching how we were going to complete this project. This semester, we used the Agile Methodology as a way to set goals and review our work as we went. "Agile is a development methodology where you break up projects into smaller chunks of work called iterations, or sprints, so you can quickly define, create, and iterate. This lifecycle makes it easier to adapt to user feedback and react to business changes. It provides the agility to both create and respond to change."
In this post is the order in which we worked on the project in the form of "iterations". Each iteration had phases with different tasks and my work can be seen by clicking each button. The buttons direct to another page describing/showing what I did during the phase.
Throughout the iterations, we were given feedback from our peers, mentors and sponsors. This feedback was always helpful and made the Agile process much easier to accomplish.
We were able to reach our MVP by the end of the semester and created a presentation in order to share what we had accomplished over the course of the semester.
Below are some gifs/screenshots of our final deliverables!
